If you love urban art, the Antwerp Street Art Guide and Map is just for you!
I was recently contacted by the makers of a super Antwerp Street Art Guide and Map. It really does give a lot of useful information about the art scene in Antwerp, including:
Street Art Hotspots in Antwerp
These include the Antwerp Graffiti & Street Art Museum; the Meatpack warehouse; and the Summerbar Kaffe Allee in Edegem.
Cool Places to Shop, Eat and Drink in Antwerp
These are far too cool for me, but you may be right at home! Try the Artifex Street Art Gallery; the Fish and Chips Urban Store; the Tartoer Coffee Bar; Barnini’s bagel bar; and Donutello’s donut shop.
Street Art Antwerp guided tours
Some ideas for walking or cycling tours of Antwerp’s art districts. Also upcoming arty events in Antwerp.
Useful Information about Antwerp
A useful list of websites on what to see in Antwerp, how to get around the city, where to stay etc.
A super interactive map
I think this is the best of the lot. It details all the urban art sites in the city in an easy-to-use format.
Where do I find this information on urban art in Antwerp?
Just click on this link: Antwerp Street Art Guide and Map. Enjoy! And while you are in Antwerp, how about visiting Antwerp’s historic centre?
I’m not huge on street art, Denzil. It can vary from pure genius to dross, but it’s sometimes worth hunting out the good stuff, and this looks a great resource. Thanks for sharing. One of these days I’ll get to Belgium. 🙂 🙂
I have to say some of it is impressive. And you seem to have come across some lovely stuff in Portugal too. But I struggle to see the art in some graffiti, for sure.
I love good street art so thank you for sharing. 🙂
Glad you liked it Judy; maybe some inspiration for your own street?
I would love to visit Antwerp the next time I go to Belgium. Such beautiful street art.
It will be waiting for you Carrie!
Nice that streetart…I like it
Great. So now it’s time to get those paintbrushes out Rebbeltje!
I’m full of admiration for the artists who can visualise working on this scale. We have several in our city and, like these ones, they are quite beautiful.
Yes, some of it is exceptional isn’t it? Must take a lot of planning to get it right on such a large scale.
So I know where to look if I ever get to Belgium!
Hope you make it one of these days Ritu!
Another travel bucket list destination!
Must agree with Jo when mentioning street art. Some are brilliant and add interest and intrigue to an area. Others are just an eye sore. The same could be said for some Art Galleries!!
I love street art and I spotted some of really cool ones in Hong Kong! If I get a chance to visit, Belgium this would be on top my list. Thanks for sharing.
Belgium is looking forward to welcoming you here Parul
I am very impressed by some steer art and get very excited to see a decent piece.

I wonder how long it takes to paint one the size of a house?
Great info, Denzil. I have family that lives in Antwerp, so this might come in handy one day. For now, I’ve forwarded your blog to my parents again.
Thanks Liesbet. I hope they are not getting tired of seeing my posts!
Super, thanks for all your support Liesbet.
